What is the CRE?
Complaint Referral Express (CRE) is a secure, limited-access Web site for
Federal and State Banking Regulatory Agencies and the Office of the Comptroller
of the Currency to send interagency referral related information. Through
data-base, workflow based and interfaces, and tools to seamlessly integrate into
our Customer Assistance Group (CAG), the CRE acts as a vehicle for delivering
misdirected complaints through a timely, confidential environment that ensures
both information security and data integrity.
